This move marked his entry into the world's most-watched cricket league to showcase his skills. Unfortunately, he didn't get game time throughout the IPL 2022 season. However, in the subsequent season, he was retained by the Mohali-based franchise, wherein he played seven games, scoring 186 runs at a strike rate of 144.19, laced with two half-centuries. Notably, he was retained by PBKS for the IPL 2024 season.
