Ravisrinivasan Sai Kishore IPL Profile

Ravisrinivasan Sai Kishore is an Indian cricketer who plays for Tamil Nadu in domestic cricket. Kishore was born on November 6, 1996, in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Kishore is a left-handed bowler with a slow left-arm orthodox bowling style. Though Sai started as a medium-pacer, he soon changed his bowling style to slow-orthodox. 

With domestic cricket, he has honed his abilities and made his List A debut In the 2016–17 Vijay Hazare Trophy on March 2017. In October of that year, the left-arm spinner played his first-ever first-class match for Tamil Nadu in the 2017–18 Ranji Trophy. 

Significantly, he made some major achievements in his domestic career, which included a season's top-wicket haul for the side with 22 dismissals in six games during the 2018–19 Ranji season. The young left-arm spinner had a brilliant domestic season in 2019-20 and came to the limelight following his consistently good performance for Trichy Warriors in Tamil Nadu Premier League (TNPL). 

His outstanding performance in domestic cricket led him to receive his maiden call-up to the national squad in 2021. Sai was chosen as one of the five net bowlers for India's series against Sri Lanka in June 2021. Also, he was one of the two backups in India's T20I squad for their home series against the West Indies in January 2022. 

Sai got an opportunity to be a part of the IPL 2020 after he was signed by one of the biggest franchises, Chennai Super Kings (CSK), for Rs 20 lakhs. However, he didn't get any chance to play for the side and had to wait for his debut until 2022 with Gujarat Titans, who spent big on the youngster during the mega auction. He subsequently tasted title success with the new franchise while playing the role of an utility player.
